ROBERT KRAFT: AN ENTREPRENEUR WITH PURPOSE AND INTEGRITY

Robert Kraft is an American entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist and is the owner of the New England Patriots. He was born in Brookline, MA in 1941. He attended Brookline High School, then attended Columbia University, graduating in 1963, then went on to Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA in 1965.

He began his professional career with various companies: the Rand Whitney Group, where he is Chairman; International Forest Products, a paper company; and he purchased some radio stations and funded Scott Sanders Production, a film producer. In 1994, after going through various hoops, Robert Kraft purchased the Patriots and saved them from moving to a new location. The fans were so appreciative, they sold out that year and every year since. On top of that, the Patriots made the playoffs that year for the first time in eight years.

He eventually formed the Kraft Group, where he is the Chairman and CEO. This organization is where teams of individuals plan, develop and design manufacturing and medical facilities, sports venues and housing developments. Robert provides job opportunities for individuals who have a lot of drive, are team players and are ambitious and self-motivated.
