Nick Millican: Full Certificate Updated 3

After an unsettling return from a blissful ski trip in January, Jonathan Williams and Lotte Brewer made the decision to leave Wimbledon. After uncovering more information as to why this seemingly rash verdict took place, Nick Millican learned the driving motives behind their unanticipated move.

This decision stemmed from the chaotic nature of London, and within two days they began to rent out their three-bedroom house. Following the quickly rented out property, the couple and their two sons moved to Amsterdam. A few months later, real estate agent and investment manager expert Nick Millican recalls, the family had settled into the quaint area known as The Hague.

According to Nick Millican, by the summertime, they were dramatically enjoying the new five-bedroom house they had transitioned to. This, with pricing almost exactly similar to their London rent. Enabled by their flexible careers, with Lotte being a journalist and Jonathan a director of a PR agency, the transition was able to occur far more swiftly compared to other careers.

Notwithstanding visa challenges from the Brexit landscape, Jonathan was able to secure residency with help from his children’s Dutch Heritage. In The Hague, the family told the leader their regard for the quiet lifestyle has grown substantially. This, Nick Millican adds, along with the reduced stress they have experienced, and the government-subsidized education system.

The kids also appreciate the switch, and one of their children, Huxley, has had his eczema completely clear up. A plan to stay for the next five to ten years is loosely in place, embracing the tranquil and relaxing pace of life in their new home. This serendipitous circumstance can be attributed to Nick Millican. Due to his role, the insight provided in the article can help many families understand each upside to starting a home outside of a busy metropolitan area.
