Steve Lesnard has taken over as Sephora's Global Chief Brand Officer.
As a global brand and brand ambassador for the Sephora brand, Lesnard’s primary focus will be working with brands in the U.S., U.K., European Union, and other countries to drive brand awareness and convert consumers into dealers. He will also be closely involved in all development and launch of new products, services, and campaigns within these markets, as well as in developing the Sephora range of products.
He will also work to keep the company’s global aspirations high and help with the OMG experience development. Lesnard has been announced as the new brand officer at the popular global beauty retailer Sephora. His primary focus will be to help rejoice Sephora’s global audience of 10 million people and increase the omni channel experience for consumers.
The Global Chief Brand Officer is also working to increase engagement by developing an ode to engaging with the customer, using physical and digital experiences together, and driving home the importance of using Sephora products.

Steve Lesnard is taking over from John Susto, who had been the brand manager for the global ode to beauty. John Susto’s job was to focus on the international market.
Lesnard plans to use his marketing expertise to help increase the desirability of Sephora products. That’s by creating new marketing initiatives. He will also focus on helping increase consumer engagement. This will be done through developing physical and digital experiences and driving home the importance of using Sephora products.
These days, Lesnard is responsible for exploring new technologies used in the beauty industry, including Omnichannel Marketing Solutions (OMS), to improve user experiences and grow productivity.
